Question 1

What happens when my free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

The trial ends when the trial period runs out, or as soon as you reach 100 files, 5 disks, 0.5 GiB of generated traffic, or 5,000 AI tokens — whichever comes first. Your files remain safely stored, but access is restricted and CDN delivery is paused until you choose a plan. No data is deleted, and no credit card is required during the trial.

Question 2

How long does it take to get started?

Accepted Answer

Most teams are up and running within minutes. Upload your assets, invite your team, and start delivering files via CDN right away. If you're migrating from another DAM, our team offers personal onboarding and migration support at no extra cost.

Question 3

Is my data secure and where is it stored?

Accepted Answer

Security is built into every layer of Fairu. Your data is encrypted in transit, protected by role-based access control, and stored in European data centers. You retain full ownership of your assets at all times.

Question 4

Can I integrate Fairu with my existing tools?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Fairu offers a powerful REST API, GraphQL federation support, and S3-compatible access via RAKU — so it fits seamlessly into your existing tech stack. Whether you use a CMS, e-commerce platform, or custom application, Fairu adapts to your workflow.

Question 5

What file formats and asset types does Fairu support?

Accepted Answer

Fairu handles images, videos, documents, PDFs, and virtually any other file type your team works with. Built-in image and video transformations, AI-powered metadata extraction, and automatic CDN delivery mean your assets are always optimized and ready to use.

Question 6

What makes Fairu different from other DAM solutions?

Accepted Answer

Fairu combines Digital Asset Management with a built-in CDN and File Proxy, so you manage and deliver assets from one platform. A key focus is seamless integration into existing systems — including native support for GraphQL Federation, allowing you to plug Fairu directly into your GraphQL landscape. Add AI-powered auto-tagging, copyright management, stock photo integration, and developer-friendly APIs — and you get an all-in-one solution that replaces multiple tools.

Question 7

Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time with no long-term contracts. Changes take effect immediately, and your billing adjusts automatically. If you need help choosing the right plan, our team is happy to assist.

Question 8

Do I get support during setup and beyond?

Accepted Answer

Every Fairu plan includes personal support from real people — no chatbots, no ticket queues. From onboarding and migration to day-to-day questions, our team is here to help you get the most out of your Digital Asset Management.

Question 9

Is there a limit on image resizing, cropping, and other transformations?

Accepted Answer

No — all image and file transformations are unlimited on every plan. Whether you resize, crop, convert formats, or apply other processing operations, there are no caps or extra charges. Every transformation is performed on-the-fly and delivered through our CDN at full speed.

Question 10

Can I manage copyrights and licenses in Fairu?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Fairu includes built-in copyright and license management. You can assign copyright holders, track license types and expiration dates, and ensure your team always knows the usage rights for every asset. This helps you stay compliant and avoid legal risks — all from within your Digital Asset Management.
