Accepted Answer

Five audiences have their own page here: e-commerce shops, video hosting, publishers, photographers and SaaS platforms. What they share is one upload, and image URLs you shape with width, height, quality and a focal point.

Do I need a developer to put Fairu in front of my site?

Accepted Answer

For Statamic there is an official addon. Everything else reaches Fairu over REST or GraphQL, where one url field returns the finished delivery URL, and RAKU credentials hand the same files to any S3 tool. The API key you paste carries only the permissions you tick.

Can we host our videos on Fairu instead of a video platform?

Accepted Answer

Every video upload starts three MP4 conversions by itself, low, medium and high, with no job for you to trigger. Ask the same file under a .webp name with a width, and a still frame comes back for the poster. Adaptive HLS is booked separately and stays off for the whole trial.

Does Fairu block an image when its license expires?

Accepted Answer

Not by itself. Fairu records the end date, lists the licenses running out, and mails the owners a set number of days ahead once you enter that number. Making a valid license mandatory for delivery is a switch in the license settings, off by default.

What can I test with our own files before choosing a plan?

Accepted Answer

The trial runs 14 days and ends earlier at 100 files, 5 disks, 0.5 GiB of traffic or 5,000 AI tokens, whichever comes first. A new workspace already holds a disk named Standard plus an Admin and a User role, so your first upload has somewhere to land and a URL that answers.
